Participants need to register for the IFAU 2025 Conference by filling out the following document.

Accompanying person early bird fee by 30 September: 40 EUR
Accompanying person fee after 30 October: 80 EUR
Architects/Professionals: 40 EUR
The first 5 Ph.D. students whose papers are accepted for the conference will be allowed to participate without the conference Fee.
Senior academics - members of public institutions abroad, of all ages, and scholars over 40 years old – please provide proof of age (copy of ID).
Junior - is considered an academic researcher, members of public institutions abroad, of all ages, and PhD students less than 40 years old – please give proof of age (copy of ID).
Student - is considered an MSc student.
If there are multiple authors of the paper, one of them will present it. The other authors of that paper are welcome. In that case, other paper authors can register as the accompanying person or PhD student if they fall into one of these categories.
The participation fee includes:

- Access to the conference and all parallel sessions
- Complete electronic proceedings and book of abstracts
- Lunches and coffee breaks during the conference
The conference fee does not include accommodation.

Payment instructions
Payments can be made in EUR and LEK:

If you need a pro-invoice (pro-forma invoice) before international payment, please fill out the template >>> (Invoice International, note: yellow parts should be added), and send it to the email for further instructions: info@fau.edu.al
Domestic payment >>> Payment instructions in LEK
After registration, please pay the registration fee to the conference account according to the Payment Instructions (in EUR or Lek).
After payment, please send the proof of payment to info@fau.edu.al
Additionally, if requested, please provide the certificate or other proof to verify your special / student status.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
